Pavilion Training, part of the Novo Training Group, has moved into a vibrant new training centre and HQ in Birmingham’s fantastic Jewellery Quarter. Pavilion has expanded its team and needed additional training space to cater to the growing employability programmes being delivered to jobseekers across Greater Birmingham.
The new space at The Silverworks, a beautiful character property centrally located just off St Paul’s Square, has been given a fresh new Pavilion makeover including the obligatory courtyard BBQ and table tennis table! In addition to 3 dedicated training spaces, the team has improved admin space and breakout areas.
Joe Turner, MD at Pavilion Training comments “The investment into this space follows Pavilion’s model of making training accessible, engaging and collaborative. We feel that the learning environment is as important as the team when delivering skills development programmes – people don’t want dingy, lifeless training spaces; they want a vibrant, positive atmosphere that fuels their ambitions.”
“We love the Jewellery Quarter and couldn’t imagine basing ourselves anywhere else – great transport links and easy access for learners aside, the energy and culture here fits our brand perfectly!”
Pavilion have also launched their new JumpStart programme in partnership with the DWP’s SWAPs scheme from the new training centre at The Silverworks. The scheme works with jobseekers across Greater Birmingham to develop sector-driven skills and secure employment opportunities within these industries.
