We have an incredible opportunity to work with a leading finance company in Liverpool on our traineeship programme. This role has the real potential to lead straight into an apprenticeship with the same employer.

Finance Job Duties:

• Checking incoming and outgoing payments for accuracy
• Compiling reports on sales, expenditure, marketing and other accounting activity for senior management
• Managing incoming post and ensuring that queries are allocated to the correct department
• Dealing with incoming invoices
• Reconciling accounting data to ensure accuracy
• Creating and maintaining spreadsheets
• Using accounting software
• Assist with payroll
• Liaise with managerial staff, colleagues and clients
• Undertaking financial administration
• Monitoring financial transactions

Finance Skills and Qualifications:

Meticulous, Precise, Great with Numbers, Detail-orientated, Hardworking, Problem-solving Skills, Great Organisational Skills, Driven, Analytical, Knowledge of Accounting Software, Business Intelligence.

The Programme

8-12 week course combining work-based placement, Employability Skills and Functional Skills (English, Maths and Digital). After successful completion of the course we will put you directly into an approved apprenticeship scheme or into full-time work.
