Business Administration Traineeship

We have an incredible opportunity to work with a distinguished organisation in Liverpool on our traineeship programme. This role has the real potential to lead straight into an apprenticeship with the same employer.

Business Administration Job Duties:

  • Administration duties
  • Processing & completing customers applications
  • Supporting the post-sales process
  • Prepare reports and budgets
  • Managing emails and diary calendars
  • General office duties
  • Organising meetings using outlook & Microsoft teams
  • Prepare boardroom for meetings
  • Scanning paperwork
  • Arranging accommodation and transport as and when requested
  • Supporting the workloads of other colleagues
  • Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries via phone and email
  • Research, data analysis and translate complex data into a simple format

Business Administration Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service, Excellent Filing Management, Meticulous, Great Verbal & Written Communication, Precise, Detail-orientated, Hardworking, Problem-solving Skills, Great Organisational Skills, Driven, Business Intelligence, Multi-tasking Skills.

The Programme

8-12 week course combining work-based placement, Employability Skills and Functional Skills (English, Maths and Digital). After successful completion of the course we will put you directly into an approved apprenticeship scheme or into full-time work.
