Pavilion Training has recently opened a fantastic new training centre in the heart of Liverpool.

We are looking forward to building a solid partnership with the local community across Merseyside and offering wrap-around support to help young individuals aged 16-24 take the next steps towards their future whilst realising their full potential.

Our flagship Traineeship programme, JumpStart, is a fast-track course that provides essential workplace and progression skills alongside a work placement in their chosen sector.

The Pavilion team is excited to get out to Liverpool and provide hands-on support to young people. Our experienced Skills Coaches support learners across Employability Skills, Functional Skills (English, Maths and Digital) and foundation level sector-based qualifications.

Alongside this training, our dedicated Employer Engagement team then work with every learner to secure a specialist work placement in a suitable sector and work with them to either get them into full-time employment or onto a certified apprenticeship scheme.
